Introduction

The testing apparatus needs regular maintenance, genuine replacement parts, and periodic calibration. In addition, a complex calibration procedure with traceability to International and National Standards is required for the adoption of the ISO 9000 system of certification by various industries.

M. M. Engineers was established to offer calibration and maintenance services for the testing equipment that our Engineers supplied. In addition, we provide servicing and calibration services for all mechanical testing equipment used in various sectors that are imported or made in India. Our company works to prevent laboratory testing equipment from going downtime to save important labor hours.

Since 2007, our company has been a NABL-accredited lab with a mobile lab and on-site calibration facilities. The accreditation's purview covers the calibration of variables, including force, hardness, impact, and profile projector.

According to the capability of the equipment (for force parameters), every testing equipment is calibrated using a range of load cells/load dynamometers (force measuring devices). The National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi (NPL)'s "Class I" accuracy is used to calibrate our load cells and load dynamometers. The hardness machines are calibrated using load cells for direct load verification and test blocks calibrated by the NABL Lab for indirect load verification. All equipment can be calibrated following the authorized scope using instruments and gauges with national traceability. This calibration can be done in front of domestic and foreign third-party inspection organizations like Lloyd's, API, SGS, IBR, TUV, and EIL.

Our staff of engineers for service and calibration has received professional training and is highly motivated. Our engineers receive recurrent training at the manufacturing facility to keep up with the latest technical developments. To fully satisfy our customers, we have provided services to quality-conscious clients by assisting them in realizing their quality goals through appropriate application engineering. This division has all the spare parts required for this testing equipment, allowing quick turnaround times to get the equipment back in working order. In addition to consumables like test blocks for the verification of diamond indentors, hardness testers, accessories for hardness testers, steel ball indentors, various types of anvils, etc., these machines also include tensile testing machines, universal testing machines, all types of hardness testing machines, impact testing machines, etc.

The proper operation of the machine depends heavily on spare parts. The development of technology leads to changes in machine design. It might be difficult to get suitable spares for outdated equipment, and frequently, the original equipment makers must stock the necessary parts. We strive to keep all essential spare parts in stock to minimize machine downtime. In addition, we provide customized spare parts and fittings based on the customer's needs. Each manufacturer has a different set of replacement parts. We do, however, save spare parts for all equipment.
